Replacement café facade
One Market Street Café, West Devon
The original café windows and bay roof were rotten and leaking. This was detrimental to the historic cob walls and uninviting to customers using this independent café. The replacement facade was designed to be in keeping with the building and its historic surrounding within a conservation area. The new windows were crafted in timber in a heritage style, but double glazed to provide energy efficiency. The project is currently under construction.
